Service Opportunities
Worship Ministry
1) If you have ever had experience singing in a choir, we would love to have you join us. If you have never sung in a choir but enjoy singing and love the Lord, we would love to have you join us. The choir serves as an entry point to our other areas of music ministry like worship teams and special music.
2) If you can play guitar and have the time to commit to our worship band, we would love to talk to you.
3) If you are good with computers / technology and are willing to learn, we need people to run sound one Sunday a month. Please talk to Lori Miller if you fit one of these areas of need.
A Ministry of Real Men
At GCC, we don’t appreciate the stereotypical picture that many people have of Christian men. We don’t have secret meetings like it is some sort of exclusive club, and we don’t just sit around a circle talking about our feelings.
We are real men. We have real problems. But we also have a real God who will help us conquer them. As men, we want to stick together and build each other up. We want to strengthen each other so that we can be bold leaders in our families and our community.
We want to have fun times (fishing trips, golfing, basketball, etc.) and we also want to have times of studying God’s Word. And since many of us are gifted workers, we also want to give back to God
through service.
